@kandykingX's own public Facebook post promoting a gaming event from Potts Point Central Hotel. The publicly broadcast event was the source of the four images charged as "covert recordings" inside Smith's home. Police-embedded mental health social worker from St Vincent's Hospital wrote to Smith describing what he had experienced as "coercion and control … within your relationship" and offered to refer him to a domestic and family violence service. This was a police-embedded professional who characterised the conduct as DFV — the same characterisation NSW Police was not applying to @kandykingX's conduct.

OIC Written Admission — Optus/Signal
Constable Hammer (OIC) iMessage to Smith, 7 August 2022: "The call was made through Signal which would not show up on Optus call logs." The OIC conceded in writing that the carrier records could not prove the alleged call. Signal is an encrypted messaging application; calls made through Signal use internet data and do not generate carrier subscriber records. The prosecution proceeded to hearing regardless.

Welfare Referral — GIPA Internal Review
Internal review decision by Ian Steptoe, InfoLink, 8 August 2025. Released GIPA records do not record the Triple Zero call said to have prompted the referral. The decision states that NSW Police did not hold the requested information; a COPS CAD search of Sydney City welfare messages for 25–26 June 2025 found none relating to me. Steptoe wrote it would be "very unusual for NSW police officers wishing to report concerns for a person resident in another state to contact an agency other than the Police Force in that area."

Facts Sheet & Cybercrime Dismissal
After 8+ hours of searches across six police commands, only two documents were found. The first is the Facts Sheet prepared by Constable Dellenty on 12 May 2024 — the same day the charge was laid, 99 days after the zero-result iASK search. The second is a CIRS email dismissing my cybercrime report as a "Domestic Violence situation" not eligible for cybercrime investigation. Everything else was declared "not held."

Inspector Winch — Kings Cross Communication Ban
On 16 February 2025, Inspector Winch wrote that Constable Dellenty would block Smith's email and directed: "Do not contact any Staff or Officer attached to Kings Cross Police, unless in CASE OF EMERGENCY." The same email stated that the brief had been served; the documented service date was later, on 29 May 2025. The supplied 15-page email chain includes the earlier 8–9 December 2024 correspondence.

Item 7 Enquiry — Winch Repeats Communication Ban
Smith asked Inspector Winch on 28 June 2026 what documents comprised Brief Item 7, why they were absent from the served brief, whether they remained held, and who made the Queensland Health referral. Winch did not answer those questions. She replied by restating that Smith had been told not to contact any Kings Cross Police officer except in an emergency.

Commander's Notice — Communication Restriction
Letter from Acting Superintendent David El-Badawi advising that the Command "will not be addressing any further correspondence from you on this matter," directing Smith to call Triple Zero in an emergency. Privacy Internal Review — Refusal to Correct False Hang-Up Entry
NSW Police Privacy Internal Review refusing to correct a disputed COPS entry recording that Smith "picked up and hung up." NSW Police characterised the entry as a "historical snapshot" that must be preserved. A separate iASK communication-record search for the service returned zero results for the searched week, but does not by itself establish whether every possible type of contact was impossible.

Formal correspondence to the NSW Minister for Police titled "Evidence of False Information Provided to Executive Government." Smith challenges three statements supplied to the Minister's office as materially false and sets out records he says support that conclusion. Those characterisations are Smith's submissions in the letter, not independent findings. The Minister's office referred the correspondence to NSW Police for response.

One-page response from the Manager, Ministerial and Executive Services, sent on the Police Minister's behalf on 19 February 2026. It states that the matters had been investigated on a number of occasions, that Kings Cross Police Area Command considered there was insufficient evidence to substantiate the identity-theft claims, and that NSW Police could provide no further assistance without additional evidence. QLD Health CIMHA Release — NSW Police Welfare Referral
The complete 16-page redacted Queensland Health release. The assessment states Smith had "nil history on CIMHA," records no identified homicidal thoughts and a denial of current suicidal thoughts, records intact capacity, and concludes "no rationale for MHA" and "Close to RCACT." It also contains the 27 June follow-up stating that Smith had made further complaints to a Federal Minister's office, records feedback to the referring officer, and shows the referral PDF being sent to Queensland Police because Queensland Health had no information-sharing memorandum with NSW Police. These are the document's recorded statements; they do not by themselves establish the NSW officer's motive.
