Every GIPA application I have made to NSW Police, with reference numbers, dates, scope, outcomes, and current status. These records document what police hold, what they say they do not hold, and what they are still withholding.

The Telstra carrier records for the phone call I was accused of making in Prosecution 3 were received on 3 February 2024. The result was zero calls. The number had been cancelled. The decision to charge me was made 99 days later, on 12 May 2024. The nil-result was in the brief of evidence - Item 9, Subscriber/CCR, Total Result Count: 0. Police had documentary proof no call was made and charged me anyway.
↓ View / download PDFThis is a separate event from the charge. The charge alleged I called @kandykingX on 4 September 2023. The Telstra carrier record returned zero calls - the number was cancelled. Separately, Case Report C78394809 contains a COPS entry written by the OIC in 2024 stating I "picked up and hung up" when she called me. She called the same cancelled number. A cancelled number cannot receive calls. I sought correction through Privacy Internal Review MF/2025/2287. NSW Police refused, calling COPS entries "historical snapshots" that must be preserved regardless of accuracy.
Case Report C78394809 also states I "refused to provide police with his current address." All communication was by email. No email exists where the OIC asked for an address. No email exists where I refused. The Court Attendance Notice was served by email without issue. The "refusal" did not occur.

The ban on my contact with Kings Cross PAC is enforced through three documented instances: Inspector Winch (16 Feb 2025), Commander El-Badawi (21 Feb 2025, D/2025/201535), and Inspector Winch again (28 June 2026). But when I asked through GIPA for any formal record documenting the authorisation or reasons for the ban, the answer was "not held."
GIPAA-2025-0834706 searched six commands over eight hours. The internal review searched directly with DCI El-Badawi himself. The Final Findings (18 Dec 2025) confirmed: no authorisation record exists. An enforced communication prohibition with no documented authorisation trail is a structural failure under s.12 of the State Records Act 1998.
↓ View / download PDF (El-Badawi ban letter) ↓ View / download PDF (Winch ban emails)This GIPA seeks the identity of the officer who called himself "Brendan," the allocation of extension 40027, and the documents comprising Item 7 of the Brief of Evidence. Kings Cross PAC has not produced these documents to their own InfoLink case officer despite multiple follow-up attempts. The case officer has requested a second 10-day extension and escalated the matter to her manager.
The command is withholding records from the agency's own information access unit. This is not a historical concern. It is ongoing.
